Cancellation Policy
RESERVATIONS - Customers are encouraged to reserve party equipment at least a day in advance to ensure availability. - A reservation is considered confirmed once an official booking confirmation has been issued by Celebrations "R" Us. - Any changes to the booking, including changes in rental items or dates, must be made at least 2 days in advance. Changes are subject to availability. PICK-UP - We don’t offer deliveries, and reserved equipment is to be picked up at our location. - You are expected to contact us to confirm pick-up, and call us at: (808) 397-3596 or (808) 422-4279. CANCELLATION - [CANCELLATION POLICY] - In the rare case that we need to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, emergencies), a full refund will be issued to the customer. EQUIPMENT USE - Proper Use: The rented equipment must be used only for the purpose intended and should not be modified, moved, or altered in any way. - Damages: Customers are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment will result in a charge for repairs or replacement. - Cleaning: Customers should return the equipment in the condition it was received. Equipment should be free of food, drink, or any other substances. Additional cleaning fees of [$X] will apply for equipment returned in poor condition. - Inspection: Customers must inspect all rental items upon pick-up and report any damages, missing items, or discrepancies to Celebrations “R” Us before leaving the premises. Agreement Acknowledgment By proceeding, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
